Who We Are

Located in the Eastern Townships of Québec, Maple Manor Farm is a family-run operation producing high-quality, organic, single forest maple syrup. We bring the natural sweetness and robust flavour of Québec maple syrup from our trees to your table.

The Process

(1) From Tree to Tap: We drill fresh holes every Spring, just before the trees wake up and sap starts flowing!

(2) From Tap to Tank: Our sap travels through a sealed, food-grade tubing system, straight from our maple trees into stainless steel holding tanks via a modern, gravity-fed pipeline.

(3) Evaporation: The sap is boiled to evaporate excess water, concentrating the syrup to the perfect sugar density.

(4) Finishing & Quality Testing: After reaching the desired sugar content, the syrup is discharged from the evaporator, tested for consistency, filtered through a press to remove impurities, and pumped into a 33-gallon stainless steel drum.

(5) Canning (Final Stage): We reheat each drum to 180°F (82°C) and hold for up to three hours. We then hot-fill 540 mL cans and seal them immediately, using the heat to sanitize the cans and keep the syrup shelf-stable for years while preserving its natural flavour!
