WHO WE ARE

Maple Manor Farm, located in the Eastern Townships of Québec, is a certified organic, family-run operation producing high-quality, genuine single-forest maple syrup. With a commitment to tradition and meticulous quality testing, we bring the natural sweetness and robust flavor of true Québec maple syrup from our forest to your table.


FROM TREE TO TABLE

(1) Tree Tapping: We tap our maple trees in early spring, using industry-standard techniques to ensure efficient sap flow with minimal tree damage.

(2) Sap Collection: A network of lines collects the sap directly from the trees, transporting it to our central tanks with minimal handling.

(3) Evaporation: The sap is boiled to evaporate excess water, concentrating the syrup to the perfect sugar density.

(4) Syrup Finishing & Quality Testing: After reaching the desired sugar content, the syrup is discharged from the evaporator. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing to meet our high standards for flavour and consistency without any additives. Following testing, the syrup is filtered to remove impurities, ensuring a clear product. It is then pumped into a 33-gallon stainless steel drum for subsequent canning.

(5) Canning: The syrup is reheated to 180°F (82°C) and poured into 540 mL cans, readying it for distribution. This reheating process sterilizes both the syrup and the containers, ensuring that the canned syrup remains fresh and maintains high quality with a shelf life of 2-3 years.
